What processing methods are available?
We use natural, honey, and washed processing methods, with select specialty lots applying natural anaerobic fermentation with salt to enhance sweetness.
What moisture level do your green beans have?
Our green coffee is typically maintained between 10.5% – 12.5% moisture, suitable for international roasting standards.
How consistent is the coffee quality between lots?
We follow consistent harvesting and processing standards to maintain stable quality across each coffee lot.
Do you work directly with farmers?
No intermediaries — our coffee is produced directly from our own farms in Vietnam’s Central Highlands.
Can roasters test the coffee before ordering?
Yes. We provide green coffee samples so roasters can evaluate flavor and roasting performance before placing bulk orders.
